Madieline Shereda is dual-licensed as an Esthetician and Esthetics Educator, as well as a Certified Acne Specialist and Master Hydrafacialist with nine years of experience in the beauty industry. She has worked alongside some of the industry’s top injectors, nurse practitioners, and MDs, contributing to her extensive training and advanced skillset. Madieline has successfully launched an esthetics training and apprenticeship program to mentor aspiring professionals. She has been recognized by leading skincare companies and awarded numerous certifications. Her dedication to advanced skincare is further demonstrated through her extensive training in cutting-edge treatments and laser energy devices.

Chelsea is a dual-licensed Esthetician and Educator with over six years in the beauty industry, specializing in Hydrafacials, lash lifts, and laser hair removal. Her passion began early as the daughter of a cosmetologist and business owner. She first built a successful career as a bridal makeup artist before shifting her focus to skincare and advanced esthetics. Deeply committed to education, Chelsea has mentored hundreds of aspiring estheticians, helping launch their careers.
As COO of Ardent Aesthetics + Academy, she brings expert leadership and a passion for guiding the next generation of beauty professionals.
