She’s dual-licensed as an Esthetician and Esthetics Educator, a Certified Acne Specialist, and a Master Hydrafacialist—plus she’s trained alongside top injectors, NPs, and MDs to hone her advanced skills in skin and laser treatments. Madieline is also the founder of our esthetics training and apprenticeship program, where she’s known for breaking things down clearly and creating a supportive learning environment. Her passion? Helping future estheticians feel empowered, skilled, and totally ready to thrive.

Chelsea is a dual-licensed Esthetician and Educator with over six years of hands-on experience in advanced skincare, Hydrafacials, lash lifts, and laser hair removal. The daughter of a cosmetologist and lifelong beauty enthusiast, she started her journey as a successful bridal makeup artist before falling in love with skin health. Today, as COO of Ardent Aesthetics + Academy, she’s helped mentor hundreds of aspiring estheticians, combining her clinical know-how with real-world guidance.
